Every appointment begins with a short conversation about coat condition, home care, and any sensitivities. That helps set a safe scope for the visit and makes it easier to choose the right pace for your pet.

For puppies and first-time visitors, we offer introductory sessions that focus on familiarization, gentle handling, and a positive studio experience. These visits are not full grooming appointments, and the service scope is kept clear from the start.

Paw Palace offers one-to-one grooming appointments designed for young, nervous, or sensitive pets.

If your pet needs a comfort-led groom, we work in stages and pause when needed. A session may be shortened or adjusted if your pet shows significant stress, pain, aggression, breathing difficulty, or another welfare concern.

When coat condition makes a requested style impractical, a shorter and more comfortable finish may be recommended. This approach helps avoid unnecessary discomfort while still keeping the coat neat and manageable.
